A New Kind of Gratitude Journal

Gratitude can promote well-being, reducing anxiety, and shining a more positive focus on troubled times and helping us to lead fuller, richer lives. I've found that embroidery fosters gratitude by promoting mindfulness, offering a creative outlet for reflection, and cultivating an appreciation for the details of life. The slow, intentional nature of the craft provides a way to slow down, disconnect from distractions, and appreciate the value of creating something by hand. That's why I've decided to create a new kind (at least new to me) of gratitude journal--one that's embroidered and celebrates life and living.

If you'd like to join along with me, every Wednesday starting in January 2026, I'll be posting thoughts, tips, and ideas on how to create embroidered gratitude journals. I'm looking forward to this journey and the discoveries and adventure it will be bring!

Hugs,
