Refund policy

We want you to love the items you purchase from Huckleberry Moose! If you’re not satisfied, please let us help.

For exchanges and returns, please notify us within no later than 10 days of receipt. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you receive a product you feel is defective, we will gladly accept a return free of charge. You MUST provide a photo to show us what you feel is wrong with the item within 7 days of your receipt of delivery to hbmoosestore@gmail.com. We are glad to replace defective items or offer online store credit if a replacement is not available.

We offer refunds or returns for exchanges, however there is a $5 restocking fee PLUS cost of return shipping. To initiate a refund or return, please email us at hbmoosestore@gmail.com to advise us of your desire to return an item. You must provide a tracking number that clearly shows you have returned/shipped the product back to us. A refund will be issued minus a $5 restocking fee once the merchandise has been received by us in the same condition it left our facility in.
